Traditional art will always be traditional art and it can't be replaced. Good projectors will aid to display your work in any kind of presentations, but can't replace the feeling of a real piece of art. But for sure it will reduce some costs, such as transportation, storage, and so on, when you want to show a sample of your work :) As you said, technology will not affect the way I create art, but the way it might be presented.
